End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and MEET A SIKH LTD (company number 15039721), registered at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("Meet A Sikh", "we", "us") and governs your use of the Meet A Sikh mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

1. Licence grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and in accordance with this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights under this Agreement to a third party
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches our Terms & Conditions
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the App

3. Ownership

The App, including all intellectual property rights in it, is and remains the property of MEET A SIKH LTD. This Agreement gives you a licence to use the App — it does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix issues, or meet legal requirements. Depending on your device settings, updates may install automatically. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to functionality.

5. Third-party platforms

The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, and your use is also subject to the applicable app store's terms of service. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and an app store's terms as they relate to store operation (e.g. billing, distribution), the app store's terms apply to that aspect.

6. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement, or if you delete the App from your device(s). We may also suspend or terminate your licence if we reasonably believe you've breached this Agreement or our Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this Agreement is limited to the amount you've paid for the App or any related subscription in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation isn't permitted by law.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
